My after effects stop working , when i start after effects i got 3 error messages

After Effects warning : Error parsing properties list from file Workspaces.xml it has been renamed to Workspaces.xml.old

i,m using Windows 10

After effects CC 2018 version 15.1

i cant install trial version of cc 2019

When i start PC , i got error cod C:drive error scan to fix . I scan my ssd drive and fix the problem.

Tomorrow i got error and can't run After Effects , Photoshop , illustrator and Media Encoder

I reinstall my Windows , and i only can install Photoshop , but when i try install After Effects i got error

me too i have problem

i use macos catalina 10.15.3

and use 2020 version

idk why it crash maybe the path has chinses name ?

it showed up that :

After Effects warning: Error parsing properties list from file "/Users/myname/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/17.0/Workspaces.xml". It has been renamed to "Workspaces.xml.old" for backup. Proceeding.

and error while accessing ..... verify again

After Effects can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup
