After Effects Warning: The following effects have failed to load.... AE 16.1.2 build SS

I just ran the CC update and now after effects is doing this.

This is on a windows 10 pro 1903 build 18362.75

AE worked fine before the CC update? How to fix this please? These look like adobe 'plugins', I don't really have 3rd party plugs installed.

Thanks for any suggestions.

NOTE:

Windows update to 1903 required a new Media Feature Pack install. Without it, the media core plugins fail to load.

This is for Windows 10 Pro versions... Non- N versions shouldn't require this step.

I solved my own problem. And thanks Microsoft for making it harder to use your software well...

Try to remove it and reinstalled from scratch

I have... Reinstalled with default settings. It still fails to load these media core plugins at startup. I checked in the folder and they are there; they just seem to fail to load. Has anyone else experienced this?
