After effects was working and now it will not even open.

Question

Hi there,
I've read forums, looked on YouTube, nothing seems to help. So here I am. I have Adobe creative Cloud and run
* Premiere
* Photoshop
* After Effects
* Audition
* Bridge
I've updated all the drives, I've updated windows I've updated CC. After Effects was working fine, now I cant even open it. Using Adobe cleaner I uninstalled everything and re-installed. I was using using video co-pilot and ae juice plug ins, I have uninstalled those 3rd party apps. After effects 24.5 still will not open. Everything else though is working fine. Any advice???

UPDATE: I still don't know what caused After Effects to suddenly not open. After unistalling and re installing AE and creative cloud a number of times, trying all sorts of Adobe comunnity and YouTube fixes, I re-installed the operating system (Windows 11) , and what do you know, I can open AE just fine. If nothing else is works for you, maybe try that 🙂

@Gary Boulter I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the After Effects forum for you. Jane
