After Effects will not fully open and i cannot unistall it either

Pease help. I wen to open After effects v22 today and it loads but then freezes. After trying this a few times  i decided to unstall, but it wont. Ive opened up the task manager, gone to the details button and now i see several copies of afterFX running. i try to end process but says i cant. I am sooo stuck in a loop and im making it worse. How do i fix this?? Thanks.
