After Effects won't pre-render the whole composition

As you see in the screenshot, the green line is limited and when I try to pre-render the whole comp, the line moves and will never stay green for the whole duration of the composition despite being set to "entire duration" in the preview panel, please help

Hey lbbhmolly,

Sorry for the issue. The RAM preview is highly dependent on the system memory. It's possible that the system cannot load all the frames due to limited system memory. You can try transcoding your source file to a lower resolution (2160x2060 is quite hefty on RAM), reducing the preview resolution to Half or lower, or creating a smaller work area.
