After Effects wont open and create a .crash file on desktop

Hi there,
I can no longer open After Effects after resetting my PC.
I have tried everything I could find online, so this is my last option to get it working again.
The weird thing about it is I can open AE on my old GPU but NOT on my new one and when I try to open it these (.crash) files are created.
I hope someone can help me with my problem.

I do but i dont have a NVIDIA card anymore I now have an AMD card so I dont see why it wont work.

The crash is clearly happening in NVIDIA driver code. Please check to make certain you have the most updated drivers for the new GPU.
