after effects wont stop crashing

after effects will work and open until i try to do anything and then this error message will pop up:

After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <12024> <BEE_MiscTasks> <5> Set Artisan Task: Classic 3D

my computer is windows 7 home premium 64 bit, AMD Quad-Core A8-5500 APU with Radeon HD 7560 graphics and 10 GB Ram.

i tried reinstalling, I've tried googling to see if anyone else had this problem, someone mentioned in another post about this to update their graphics card; i checked, it's fully updated. Another person mentioned you need to install system pack 1 which i already have.

I'm on after effects cc 2017
