After efffects preview wont start

So i have a problem.
I've been using after effects for a long time now, but recently I noticed that sometimes when I start my preview in after effects, it no longer works the second time I start it.

So
1. I run the preview and it works and renders while previewing.

2. I repeat the whole thing but then the preview freezes.
Although the preview window says it is being played.

But nothing happens on the timeline either.

I have to restart after effects and then everything works again.

3. I've tried clearing the disc cache, but it still doesn't work.

4. I have also uninstalled after effects several times and also removed all plugins.
And it doesn't work.

5. Apart from that, I also have difficulties with the sound playback because sometimes it just takes 5-10 seconds for the sound to play after i pressed play (A play symbol with 3 dashes in front of it is then always displayed in the preview tab before it plays after that the symbol switches to a square and it starts to preview..)

6. My after effects interface, that is, the whole window (timeline, effects and presets...) always starts to flicker during the preview, but only very slightly.

My PC components are:

AMD Ryzen 9 5950X

MSI RTX 3080

64GB ram

2 ssd's (1X 2TB, 1X 1TB)
