After FX keeps Glitching with my ultrawide monitor

Without any info on your actual graphics hardware, resolution settings etc. nobody can realyl tell you much. the useless blanket statement would have to be that your monitor exhausts all GPU resources, leaving no room for AE's hardware acceleration features to work. Ergo the answer, configuration errors notwithstanding, likely would have to be to get an even beefier graphics card or at least free up resources - whatever that might mean in your case.
