After restarting my pc, every after effects project file corrupts.

After I restart my PC, when I open Adobe After Effects, it shows this :

'Adobe After Effects Error: preferences file "Adobe After Effects 22.0 prefs.txt" is not valid. The file will be renamed with ".old" , and a new preferences file will be created.

When I try to open some of my previously saved After Effects Project files, it says that it's in a bad format as shown in this screenshot: 

 What can I do it fix this problem? I have manually deleted my prefs file and it didn't work.
