After the new update all my footage is solid green across multiple saved projects

How do I fix this?!?

I checked all the original files and they are good.

I opened a bunch of different saved projects and in all of them the footage is solid green.

    Did Adobe ever address this error anywhere?

    I'm on 23.0 and it just happened to me on files that were fine when I opened them yesterday.

    I have the same problem. As well as a ghost image that fills in the black areas. I the green occured when I ran my second update. I may need to recreate my project. This is very disturbing.

    Changing to another render (CUDA) slightly helps. Adobe will need to fix this one.

    We're wondering if we need to update drivers??

    Today I reloaded 17.7 just for now, no green video with this earlier version. Rendered comps that I needed to finish a project. Will have both versions available.
