Would you mind sharing your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version). What's the exact version of After Effects you're using? Also, are you using any third-party plug-ins?

MacBook Pro M1, RAM 8 gb, 8C CPU/8C GPU, macOS Monterey.
Using After Effects 22.0 that was my last update.

No plugins.
