After using a project file, my After Effects is lagging heavily

After utilizing a project file, I'm experiencing significant lagging in After Effects. The software seems to be struggling to keep up, causing delays in response time and hindering my workflow. It's becoming quite frustrating as it interrupts the creative process and slows down productivity.

      Hi @Ghosti357318085rgz,

      Thank you for reporting this issue. In the Preview panel, what is the Skip value set to it? The image of your Time Ruler appears to show every 2nd or 3rd frame being rendered.
