Aftereffects 2020 and Nvidia Quadro 5000 error

Greetings.

Here are my computer specs:

Here are my Video card specs, including driver version Nvidia Quadro 377.83:

I must mention that the video driver is the latest available and installed.

And here it is the error I get in Aftereffects:

Now, when I choose EXPORT REPORT, here it is what it says:

Video NVIDIA Quadro 5000 v.21.21.13.7783
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. NVIDIA has identified a bug which causes random crashes in your Adobe application and has provided a fix in driver version 430.86. This driver update is strongly recommended.
URL: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/drivers-video-win-nvidia.html

But the driver version 430.86 that Adobe sugests, does not include my Quadro 5000, but noly newer Quadro cards like K5000, Rtx5000, etc.

Any advices please?

On aftereffects cc 2015 the card worked perfectly, but now i can only work without video card acceleration wich is not very good.

Any advices, workarounds, are most welcome

Many thanks

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are you having difficulty with GPU compatibility with After Effects. The new version of After Effects does not support the Nvidia GPU driver older then version 430.86. The GPU driver which you are using is obsolete so After Effects will show the system compatibility report at the launch.

However. it should not affact After Effects's performance.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

NKush

Thank you for fast response. But plesae let me know, here it is a screen shot:

It seems that Aftereefects it sees ony 1881 mb ram from video card, and not all of 2.5 gb of ram.
Then, in the right side Top Up, it says Displat acceleration Disabled.

Then, in the GPU information it shows the ram memory only for FAST DRAFT... this means, that in Preview, I will able to use the GPU only for FAST DRAFT previews?
Also, check this:

It seems I can not use OPEN GL in fast preciews although at GPU information, in the picture from way above, it says that my GPU card support OPEN GL.

Thank you for your time
