AfterFX.exe Entry Point Not found

Question

When I run after effects, I face an error
 
The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2020\Support Files\DisplaySurface.dll
 
what should I do
My pc specs are:-
Intel core i5 6genration
4gb gtx 1050
8gb ddr4 ram

these specs don't meet with AE's minimum requirements.

that being said, i would expect a lot of problems such as this when running AE on a low spec machine. however, if you're runnign windows 10 version 1809, try ungrading to at least version 1903, as there were changes there that fixed similar problems with loading dlls.
