AfterFX.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I am getting the above error in Windows 10, I just subcribe to adobe CC.

processor - inter(R) core(tm) i7-4790 CPU @3.60GHz

16.0 gb

windows 10 home

I have been googling and youtubing, no solution

please advise

Try adobe cleaner tool it may help

Try the following:

do you have 2 graphic cards installled on your system ?

Remove the current graphic card driver , then reinstall

unsitall Adobe After Effects. restart then reinstall a fresh copy

make sure to have Quicktime the Most recent version

Hi,

Yes, I have updated the lastest Nvidia driver version 472.98, this matches the requirements.

restarted computers, uninstall after effects, reinstalled after effects, in addition to having the latest quicktime player.

still getting the same error message. please advise

Update your system's graphics driver and possibly other drivers such as the audio one as well. 99% of the time these errors come down to old drivers and the associated DLLs and the error message pretty much spells it out - if there is an issue in the MP4 decoder hardware acceleration may not work correctly.

I tried updating the drivers as per your suggestion, still getting the error
