Aftter effects can not load the imported AI file

Hello Dears,

 

once I import the AI file in After effects the composition is shown black background only and after 10-20 mins my PC run into an error and restart itself automat.

 

any advise on that please?

Hi ghina5D66,

 

Sorry for your issue.

Does it happen with all the Ai files that you try to import? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? Also, please share screenshots that show the problem.

It could be the GPU driver. Please make sure it's updated. If it doesn't help, try clearing the media cache and resetting the preferences.
