AI and AE freezes and unusable after Sonoma upgrade

Question

1. AE 24.12. MacBook Pro, 14 inch 2021, Apple M1 Max. macOS Sonoma 14.3. 3. Open a project file of around 100 mb. Every cursor move is followed by a freeze and a few seconds of spinning wheel.  After the latest Sonoma update After Effects started to show these issues.AI has the same issues. But started to show it with the most first Sonoma build.
