Hi edersimmel, this is a great effect — it requires two copies of your text layer rather than trying to change one. Here's the technique:

1. Duplicate your camera-tracked text layer (Ctrl/Cmd+D). You'll have two identical tracked text layers.

2. Layer 1 (the "behind the subject" version): keep the fill as it is. This is the one that appears behind the person.

3. Layer 2 (the "in front of the subject" version): set the Fill to none/transparent, and enable Stroke.

4. Next, you'll need the person isolated from the background. The easiest way is Object Matte (Alt/Option+W) on your footage.

4. Stacking order in the Timeline (top to bottom):

- Layer 2 (outline text) — in front of the person

- Subject (your masked person layer)

- Layer 1 (filled text) — behind the person

- Original footage at the bottom
