Alexa Mini Prores 4444 xq (.mxf files) won't open in AE 2021 (18.4.1)

Got a few ProRex 4444 XQ MXF files that were shot on an Alexa Mini from a client.

I'm trying to open them in AE 2021 18.4.1 but it gives me the following error:

It is my first time working with Alexa files. Is this format really unsupported, or is it a bug?

If so, had anyone of you encountered it, and how can this be fixed? (Tried opening it in an older version of AE (2020) but it did not work as well.)

If it's not a bug, what should I convert it to if I want to lose the least amount of data?
