So version 23.5 then? Can you try running AE in Safe mode (Preferences -> Startup & Recover -> Safe mode) and see if it still occurs?

Uso a versão atual do After Effects. Já desisntalei e instalei algumas vezes e continua apresentando o erro.

Se eu abrir um projeto "clicando no arquivo", ele abre normalmente. Mas se eu iniciar o After Effects abrindo o software, ele apresenta esse erro.

What version of After Effects? Are there particular steps that lead to this error occuring? What have you tried so far?
