Goal:

I want to remove still frames from a cartoon clip.

Method:

Using time-remap to do so, by putting a keyframe whenever there's a movement.

All keyframes are placed unevenly.

Problem:

Here's (how it is)

‣‣ ‣   ‣  ‣  ‣  ‣  ‣     ‣    ‣

Here's (how it should look)

I hope it make sense.

I've got a script snippet for this. Just select the Time Remap property, then run the script with File > Scripts > Run Script File > Open the file.
