Align panel does not show the Distribute Layers options.

Platform and OS version: mac os Sequoia15.5
Align panel does not display the "Distribute Layers" options. Even when multiple layers are selected, the distribute alignment functions remain unavailable. This issue makes it impossible to evenly distribute selected layers horizontally or vertically.
