All my recent saves and auto saves are being corrupted

Sometimes it happens that an entire day's worth of saves and autosaves are corrupted the next morning when I try to open them. Older ones will work fine. They will load for a few minutes, get stuck at 100% and then crash, sometimes with and sometimes without the official Adobe crash report. I can't seem to figure out any sort of pattern behind what is causing this.

I'm on Windows 10

16 GB RAM

970 GTX

I updated all my drivers.
