Je n arrive plus à ouvrir E3D. J ai désinstallé after puis E3D. J ai changé de version, rien n y fait. Quand je fais effet , élément la roue multicolor tourne et tourne et tourne et rien.

Mylenium said it all. Video Copilot's Element plugin depends on the GPU and earlier versions of the plugin will not run on the latest releases of After Effects. Check the GPU requirements, make sure you have the latest version, and update your GPU drivers if possible. If that fails you need to change your hardware configurations or go back to a version of After Effects that will work with your system. You can find the requirements and recommendations at the bottom of the product page.

Impossible to know anything. You have not offered any system info or other useful technical details. Since E3D is heavily dependent on GPU acceleration the most likely cause simply is that your system's graphics hardware is insufficient or wrongly configured, but we can't know for certain. Yopu have to be much more specific.
