An issue with Collapse transformation

Hi, I'm having an issue with collapse transformation and need a little help.
When I pasted the pre-compose into the main render composition and I enable collapse transformation,
all the motion blur fx ( gaussian blur & force motion blur ) is gone from the pasted pre-compose.
How to fix this thing ?

I applied all motion blur to the layers inside pre-compose but it didn't work. 
I tried take out all the layers inside pre-compose and paste to the main comp and motion blur is still not work.
So I tried to create a fresh new comp and it fixed quite well. This thing is a little bit confusing
