Animated gif export problem with Media encoder

Hello everyone, I am a beginner on After effect since few months and am having a problem that I cannot resolve. I tried to use direct export via AE, or export to mp4 then go through PSD but the quality makes yucky and these are the usual default settings for AME.
Indeed, after exporting my gif, it displays parasitic points on certain elements (especially my CTA) and the rendering is really bad (here attached).

This is the first time I have encountered this problem but I often do this kind of work.

Could someone help me ? Thanks in advance.

Could be an issue with color management. Some of this stuff has changed again in the recent PS version and you may need to check your profile. Outside that I'm not clear what you are saying. Exporting GIFS directly from AE or AME pretty much never realyl worked and most people will simply use non-Adobe tools or online services for the conversion.
