Animating from a Vector

Question

Hi! I'm relatively new to AE and had a question about the best way to go about this design. I have this vector below, everything is seperately editable, and my goal is to create this kind of pulsing animation from the center. I've never done something like this with so many components. Any advice? Thank you guys!

Thanks for writing in. Please share a reference video so that we can have a better idea of what you're looking for. As per your description, I think using Repeater on a shape layer should be a good starting point. Here are a few examples:
