Animation clip blurry when imported in to Premiere

Just a quick question, any ideas why my clip is fine in AE but not when I import in to Premiere?

Screen grab of animation in After Effects...

Screen grab when imported into premiere... the moving emojis are blurry.

The frame rate is the same in each application, I'm viewing both at 100%.

I realise this is minimal inforation so please let me know what settings to check or other info you need.

Thanks

Ah ha! I've been googling and found this - this is exactly my issue.

You have enabled motion blur. Stuff imported with DynamicLink will by default render at best quality and honor layer switches. Therefore you have to do is turn off the respective switch if you don't want MB. You may also want to occasionally toggle motion blur preview in AE to even become aware of such potential issues before moving on. I suggest you read the online help on these basics.

Do you mean Switches > Motion Blur? I've just check and it isn't ticked?
