Animation Deformation/Flickering on Preview Screen

Greetings,

I'm struggling with disturbing glitching/flickering issues on my previews. I don't experience a similar problem if I use Premier Pro, Davinci Resolve or after the After Effects renders the project.

My setup runs Ryzen 9 3900x, RTX 3090, Asus PA27A ProArt Monitor, 128gb DDR4 rams on Windows 10. I played around with Windows High DPI settings, Display scalings, updated my GPU drivers, restored NVIDIA control center to the factory settings, and reinstalled After Effects several times. I tried prior versions of After Effects as well but had no luck.

I uploaded sample videos:

At the second link, the rope on top and the eyes on the ball are where the problem lies. Although I captured it via phone, the flickering is much more pronounced with bare eyes.

Thanks in advance.

I cranked up the DSR factors to 2.25x on Nvdia 3D Global Settings, which let me increase the display resolution of Windows 10 to 3840x2160 and the size of text, apps, and other items to %200. Now I got smooth animation.
