Hello! I could really use some friendly guidance. I'm looking to add some motion to a hangtag, similar to the ones in the link I have provided. If you have any helpful guides or tips, I'd be super grateful!

In AE similar can be made at least with two plugins: "Newton" and "Connect Layers" (AEscripts.com)? A tool with physics or a lot of manual animation.

If anybody has any alternative ideas on how to do this, I also would be happy to hear 🙃.
