Animation just stops

Question

Hey!I have a text with CC Cylinder applied and I wanted it to spin very fast and long. I keyframed that animation. But after about 90 full rotations the animation just stops. But the value still changes. Do you have any explanation for this?

Hey there @henzo ,

I have a couple of tutorials (Hand-Drawn Effect + Line Boil Effect) on my channel that addresses this issue when using expressions on the Evolution Property when it exceeds 90 evolutions (rotations) the animation stops, but I believe the solution should work for you when animating using keyframes on the Rotation property using the CC Cylinder Effect.

Try this:
1. Option or Alt Click on the stopwatch next to the Rotation Property you added the keyframes so you see the default expression in the Timeline.

2. Add %32768 at the end of the expression (no space required)

The final expression should look something like this:
effect("CC Cylinder")(9)%32768
