Animation preview and render stop at certain point of timeline in After Effects and Media Encoder
Hello! First time posting here but i have used After Effects for a while and never had this problem before.
When exporting a video from After Effects and Media Encoder on Windows 10, first of all while previewing the animation i noticed it stops at certain point of the timeline on after effects not showing anything on the composition panel but a previous image of what i had previewed before and when i try to export on the render queue or Media Encoder the progress bar stops by the same place as the preview stoped but it doesnt show any error or message, i can leave it for hours and nothing happens, and when i stop the queue Media Encoder stops working normally, it doesnt connect with After Effects and i have to reset the system for it to work again. Also in After Effects after trying to preview the file on that part that it stops even if i continue working on other part of the timeline, if i close the app then it crashes.
The file wasnt created by me so i am not sure what could be causing the problem, i have seen a previous version of the animation exported but i have to reexport to match some new specs update which im sure its not the problem. I see there is an effect called CC Scatterize on several layers of the comp, and that comp has the Turbulent distortion applied on several duplicates of it, I consider my computer to be powerfull enough to process that kind of file but maybe its too much to process or im doing something wrong.
Here is a screenshot of the timeline and the effects the layer has.

The Current time indicator is in the position when the prewiew stops
And here is a screen shot of the duplicated comp layers which i can perfectly preview

I have tried to export with the GPU and Software only options and any of it works.
Also tried to export the duplicated comp as a mov file so it renders the video instead of the comp but i had some issues matching the effects and stopped trying that solution for now.
Here is my system info:
Device: DESKTOP-50C4VJN
AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16-Core Processor 4.20 GHz
RAM 16.0 GB
Operative System 64 bits, processor x64
