Annoying Pop Up Panel

Hey, for AE 2024, how do I disable the annoying popup panel that comes up every time I create a new text layer.

Thank you.

It's a bug/ design flaw. The property panel cannot be disabled completely for now. Just ignore it if you don't want to use it.
