Any Tips for Me to Improve Myself?

Hi everyone, I've been editing videos in After Effects for approximately 2 years and I've learned a lot, but nowadays I'm feeling like I am stuck and can't progress, or improve. I'm watching youtube videos to get better at Motion Graphics, Logo Animation, etc. Yeah still I'm learning things but I'm feeling like I will never reach the level of Logo Animators I've watched. How can I overcome this and how did you?
