Nothing there but transform animations and keyframes. If you are new to AE start here: User Guide.

If you have some experience, please let us know what part you are having problems with. I don't know of any specific tutorial the covers the right to left movement, the vertical move and bounce, and the shape layer dashed line offset animation in a single tutorial. There is nothing there but a combination of two basic moves and a shape layer stroke animation.

That just looks like an artwork layer or shape layer with multiple shapes moving under a track matte or using Set Matte from another layer. I do not see anything more complex than that.
