Anyone using Android apps with After Effects for TikTok edits?

Hi,

I’ve been making some TikTok-style edits in After Effects. Sometimes I also use Android apps for quick text or filters and then bring that into AE.

Does anyone else work like this? Do those apps actually help or do they mess up the quality when you move things back into After Effects?

Would like to hear how others are handling it.

Hi @vitor_9051,

I mostly use CapCut and VN. They’re handy for quick text and filters, but the exports sometimes look softer when I bring them back into AE. I’ve also seen people do similar edits on TikTok 18, so I was curious if anyone here had tried that kind of workflow.
