Art project

Good morning! I have an art project and I'm a beginner I don't know much about the Adobe suite and my teachers can't explain it to us. Could someone help me with my art project please this is very important, this is what I would like to achieve: in fact I would like to make a video with extras passing by and put above their heads (like the sims a bit) a countdown of their remaining life time.
