Sorry for your issue.

Does it only happen when you open a project in one of the apps or just opening the apps is enough to trigger the issue? What's the version of both apps? Are they updated? Also, are you using any third-party plug-in for After Effects or Premiere Pro?

It happens only when a project is open, so it smells like dynamic link is at fault.

 

AE is on 22.0.1 and PR is on 22.0.0

 

And whatever third party plugins I have, I also had on the previous versions that didn't trigger this problem. No changes to my plugins were made after upgrading to these latests versions.
