Audio Cracks when Exporting from After Effects via Dynamic Link

Hello!
When I export my audio from After Effects to Media Encoder or any other software via Dynamic Link, I get audio cracks in my rendered media files. But when I render inside After Effects, I don't face these issues with my audio.

The Audio Cracks sound like poor quality audio, or like if it was played on vinyl. I use the same encoding settings in the After Effects render queue and Media Encoder, so it's not an encoding settings issue. I've also tried purging the cache before rendering, but the results are the same.

Do you have any tips on how to get rid of these audio cracks, when rendering in Media Encoder?

I listened and did an audio waveform visual compare and don't see any "cracks". I hear a little bit of what I'd considered digital distortion and I do see the "cracks.wav" form is slightly louder, but neither go near peaking out which means it's coming from the original source files. Are you sure you uploaded the correct files? If there is a particular time in the cracks.wav file that I should be listening for, let me know.

Yeah, I mean this slight digital distortion. For some reason, it only happens when I export to any other Adobe software via Dynamic Link.

I checked, and yes, these are the correct files. The file named "no_cracks" is the original file, and the "cracks" file was imported to After Effects and then rendered via Media Encoder.

I think there are no particular time codes for this kind of distortion because it's happening During the whole track. But, I think, it can be heard at the beginning of the track. Digital distortion can also be heard at 6-8 seconds.

Perhaps check the Loudness Normalization in Media Encoder (see image for the section). Perhaps something is turned on there (or not turned on) that is causing the export from Media Encoder to be louder and that is causing the distortion for you.
