Audio data not supported on Samsung TV

I have an After Effects video that I'm trying to show on a Samsung TV via USB. I've tried exporting an .mp4 with the h.246 codec, there is no sound, but the TV keeps giving the error message "This audio data is not supported" each time the video loops to the beginning. The model of the TV is#UN55NU6900F. I have exported the file with the blank audio exported in the ACC codec and also without any audio, but the same error message appears. I realize it might be a problem with the TV and it's settings but I want to make sure it's not a file/exporting problem that is causing this issue. Thanks

Without exact info about your render settings and the TVs system status we can't really tell you much. Android is very particular about which files it plays and funny enough some files will play when opened e.g. using Google Photos, but not directly. It's all pretty messy. If you haven't already, start by updating the TVs system and apps and/ or find an alternate palyer app like VLC if it's supported.
