Audio lags behind video in timeline

I'm trying to sync audio of a 3D person talking to the video of them talking. However, when the AE timeline plays back the audio lags behind the video making it impossible to match without expoting a video.. After I export the audio is in sync.

Anyway to just have it sync in the timeline? Thank you
