Ausência de ferramentas no After Effects

Pago o pacote adobe de estudante há alguns meses já e mesmo assim o meu After Effects não apresenta todas as ferramentas proporcionadas pelo programa. Não possuo todas os formatos de exportação, nem diversos tipos de efeitos.

Gostaria de obter o produto POR COMPLETO já que pago caro pelo serviço.

Como vocês poderiam me ajudar a receber as ferramentas que faltam?

Preciso disso com urgencia.

Thanks for reaching out.

After Effects trial version and paid versions are the same. All the features that available in the subscribed version, are available in the trial version as well. Would you mind sharing the names of the effects and output formats that are missing? In the meantime, you can try reinstalling the application.
