Auto-Resize Rounded Rectangles

Hello Guys,
I hope you're doing well, I want to create the text animation shown in the video attached, Where a text source has multiple lines to fit in rounded rectangles and then blend them with a simple choker effect. I did the text to fit in the rectangle but could not figure out how to do the line jump. If you have an idea of how to do the whole thing with expressions, that would be amazing.
