Hello, is there any Adobe software that can detect a certain object on the footage and apply an effect on it?

For example, on a motorcycle where there are traffic signs, the possibility of automatically detect those items and aply a blur effect on them.

Thank you

To my knowledge, there's no way to automatically do that. Either track each traffic sign and blur them, or blur wider areas of the image.

That said, if anyone knows another way, it would be awesome!

No, there is no such thing. You can of course use the content aware fill and other tools, but the actual "dection", i. e. masking, of the relevant sections will still have to be done manually. Otherwise I'm sure there is some fancy AI-based software out there that does it, but it may require digging through university research projects or contacting a company that offers this as a service for law enforcement agencies.
