AVI uncompressed format

Anyone can tell me how to show AVI uncompressed format on adobe premierre and after effect 2023??

i want to export with that format but on my app i couldn't find that format...
#pls help me. thank you

    Are you running macOS?

    If so, you'll need to switch to the Windows version of After Effects where you'll find AVI in the Format pop-up menu of the Output Module Settings dialog box.

    Our Creative Cloud Desktop subscription plan works on both macOS and Windows.

    I'd highly recommend using ProRes 422 HQ or ProRes 4444 XQ over uncompressed AVI.
