"bad format or not readable adobe after effects"

Hi everyone!

I have a huge problem with my project in AE (screen below). Few days ago I have worked with special effects to my Paintball movie. I closed program and everything was right till this day. I wanted to finish my project but "beautifull" error window welcomed my at the begining.

Earlier nothing has "crashed" or freezed. There wasn't any ingeration in files on this project. In project is nested Adobe Premiere compostion by Dynamic Link.

You may ask me a question "What about auto save?". I have autosave backup files only from past week (about 7 days) and from this time I have made a huge progres with my project.

I have Windows 10, After Effects CC 2018 updated do the newest version, but it happed before I made update.

I'm beging all of you for help because I tried probably any kind of solution which I could find in the web. I'm ran out of ideas. I've spended about 6 days to done this effects. When this file be damaged I must do it again in the same time.

I tried to find this on this board but I failed.
