Basic setting for area, color, opacity

hello all.
when i draw a new object (circle/square) with colour, this is always set to transparency. how and at which preset can i set this to 100%? i am at a loss.

Shape layers remember the last settings used for the last object created on that layer. Click the Fill or Stroke opacity options in the timeline and make sure that the settings are for 100% opacity.

If that's not it, we need screenshots showing the modified properties of the problem layer. Just drag the screenshot to the reply field so we can see it instead of using the Attach tool.

Hi. Thank you for your help.
I know that problem with the last setting from illustrator and photoshop.
So i tried to put a aquare 100% and after that a new one. But it does not take the setting from before. I bring the settin of transparency not away. even if i wanna make agradient.. its always on 13%!

I searched for it like crazy. couldn't find out. Do you know? So its very difficult to work. Is there a possability to set all settings back?
