Hi! when I want to put any effect that has to do with bcc I get a message that I have no license, what can I do?

Without any info about your system and other details like exact versions of the plug-ins and AE nobody can tell you much. Start by reinstalling the plug-ins with sufficient user privileges and then verify the updater/ license manager actualyl recognizes your license.
