this happens everytime i apply bcc led to a clip, anyone know how to fix it?

Start by checking the Boris website for an updated version of the plug-in. This looks like some serious "deep" sampling issue. Otherwise what @Jqke said applies: Check the hardware acceleration options in AE and also in the Boris FX plug-ins, verify the integrity of the source footage, check your caches.

- Enabling/disabling GPU acceleration

- Re-install the plugin

Also leave your PC specs.
